RES offers a Field Services Department both on and off-site. Our Field Services provides safe, quality services to address many industrial, remediation, and waste management needs. Whether you are dealing with a laboratory cleanout, warehouse full of wastes, or a demanding clean up project, our highly trained and experienced professionals are capable of managing your projects from start-to-finish with our wide-range of industrial, remediation and waste management services.
WAREHOUSE CLEANOUTS
Ross provides skilled and trained associates who can assist with inventorying and sorting through old or abandoned materials. We can itemize and categorize materials, search for SDS’s, perform testing where needed, and determine the most suitable treatment technology for your materials. Furthermore, RIS can deploy crews to assist with repackaging materials where needed, as well as transport on our RTS company trucks to ensure materials are handled safely throughout transport to their final destruction.
PRESSURE WASHING SERVICES
Ross has trained and experienced associates who can provide a variety of pressure washing services. We provide low pressure washing (up to 4k PSI), hot water pressure washing (4k PSI), high pressure waster blasting (10k, 20k or 40k PSI), and portable steam systems. We also utilize a variety can of spray heads. Our operators are trained and certified by the equipment manufacturer to use the high-pressure water blaster system.
GRIT BLASTING
Ross offers grit blasting services using various media. We tailor our service to perform grit blasting services where water is not as effective, or where disposal of wash water can be cost prohibitive. We can modify the service under a variety of conditions, including inside of confined space.
COATINGS APPLICATION
Ross has extensive experience in applying protective coatings for containment areas or tank farms. The coating process requires attention to detail and proper preparation of the surfaces. We can prep surfaces and apply epoxy coatings for both indoor or outdoor exposure. Ross is able to provide services under all conditions, including confined space entries.
VAC BOX AND ROLL OFF CLEANING
Ross can provide services at our facility to enter and clean rented roll-offs or vac boxes, so they can be returned to rental companies. The standard to return rented equipment are frequently more stringent that simply being RCRA empty. Rental companies often will impose a fine/charge or reject the state of equipment if there is any remaining residue. Ross can deep clean boxes that previously formally contained hazardous waste where we will pressure wash or grit blast. This process will remove any residues that remain, even stubborn oil or tar residues from interior surfaces.
CONFINED SPACE ENTRY
Our crews are confined space entry certified and can manage a host of different cleaning needs. We can enter a space and clean heat exchangers that are coated with scale or sludge. We can enter and clean tanks with hardened residue built up on the interior surfaces. We can also enter and clean tanks with heavy sludge on the floor that can’t be pumped out using exiting drains or piping in your tanks. The crew can enter, pressure wash the interior and remove the sludge and either transfer on your site or transport it offsite for proper disposal.
